Positiv:: This welches a much nicer hotel than I expected for the money I paid. We were traveling with two children and had no problems.
Schön:: The location was perfect for us. The staff welches fantastic all the way around. From the bellmen to the front desk to the concierge to the housekeeping staff, everyone welches absolutely first rate and top notch.
Negativ:: The room welches really lovely, beautifully decorated and appointed...but small. There was almost no room to walk from the far side of the bed past a sitting chair. That, and the fact that the also-very-small lobby always seemed to have luggage carts in it.

Negativ:: The Gastwirtschaft wasn't open yet, but was supposed to open in only a week from ur stay. It's only a minor thing, but I wish the chair in the room had wheels on it.
Schön:: The location welches excellent - just a short walk from Boston Commons, Copley Square, the Green and Apfelsine T lines and commuter lines, and several great restaurants. The room welches cozy and provided the necessary amenities and the bed welches very comfortable.
Negativ:: The only downside was the parking at the hotel was extremely expensive and welches valet only. I'm sure there were other less expensive options nearby, but we didn't want the hassle of driving around the city with two crabby kids in the car.
Negativ:: Tried to book another night and welches told they were completely sold out. Looked on kayak and saw availability...
We called to let the hotel know, and they were very kind. Instead of charging us for half a day, they went and packed up ur room for us, and held ur luggage rein the bell closet. The hotel was beautiful and the pillows and beds were some of the best I've ever slept in! Will definitely stay again.
She made a mental note and went above and beyond by leaving a birthday card for her under the door. Her customer service welches exceptional and we will definitely be staying there again.
Gut:: The hotel was beautiful and the beds fabulous. The best parte of ur amazing stay welches the service. Jerry at the front desk and Steve, the concierge, went above and beyond to treat me, my daughter and two grandsons to a memorable introduction to Boston including sightseeing, public transportation, wonderful restaurants.
Negativ:: First room far to loud (trucks unloading / loading 5 am); second room not so loud, but lautlos noisy. Strange inventory: No hooks to hang coats etc. Only one shelf for shirts rein the wardrobe, no other furniture witgh drawers (underware etc.) half of the wardrobe full of ironong board.
Negativ:: Although they had a parking garage, the elevator to the lobby was out of order so you had to take the stairs and the stairs lead to outside the front entrance.
I stayed following an historic blizzard in Boston, and being rein that space, so warmly greeted, every need considered -- I can't say enough about their explanation how wonderful this establishment is. I would stay again, every time I'm rein Boston!
